original and memorable love story

two mediocre movies` that had no discernable connection, two completely separate and confused stories. thankfully it was 5$ tuesday. still not worth the money. disapointment from crazy studio which is usually top notch entertaiment. not here"

Café de Flore Jean-Marc Vallée has created another magnificent piece of cinematic gratification with top-notch performances and fabulous backdrop music. The film engages the viewer in two parallel stories. The central story situated in present-day Montreal revolves around the split of hotshot star DJ Antoine (Kevin Parent) and Carole (Hélène Florent) neither of whom has come to terms with their break-up evidenced through a guilt ridden new relationship and the torment of bizarre dreams.
