good movie. not a comedy. dont know who rates many movies as comedies when they are actually dramas with profanity and trauma but they should smarten up. nevertheless was worth watching.

Excellent movie. Bradley Cooper was terrific and it was a nice story.

Two hours of my life I can't get back. Pretentious people obsessing over pretentious unappetizing looking food. Strange that you can't use profanity in the review when the movie itself was weighed down with nothing but profanity.

Why do I keep getting dragged to Bradley Cooper movies? He is not leading man material, I don't understand why he made it when there are so many deserving male actors out there who are better looking and better actors. Ugh.

The movie is called a comedy but for the life of I did see it that way. It was not what I expected but it was a great movie and I enjoyed the journey that it took us on following his ups and downs. ... A very good movie to see

My party of four were all totally involved and very much enjoyed this film. It's a journey of a man's character to connection and balance after surviving addiction and paying some painful penalties. Enjoyed the twists in the story and the ultimate message. And of course the French talking smoking hot chef.
