Winslow Fegley was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He is the son of fellow actors Michael Fegley and Merce Tonne and brother to actors August Fegley and Oakes Fegley. He began acting at five, doing voice work for local radio commercials.
At six, Winslow appeared at the Civic Theatre of Allentown as young Ebenezer in a production of A Christmas Carol. Then, he starred alongside his father in a stage production of A Billion Nights on Earth at the Buntport Theatre.
In 2019 he appeared as Mel on the Disney Channel series Fast Layne and as a pre-teen Shaun on the hit ABC medical series, The Good Doctor, starring Freddie Highmore. The following year, he starred in the Disney+ film Timmy Failure: Mistakes Were Made (2020). Next, he starred in the Netflix original movie Nightbooks (2021) with Krysten Ritter. In 8-Bit Christmas (2021) for HBO Max, he starred opposite Neil Patrick Harris as a younger version of Harris' character Jake Doyle.
Winslow stars in the children's book adaptation Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile (2022) alongside Shawn Mendes, Javier Bardem, and Constance Wu.
