Ryan holds a BFA in Acting from Ryerson Theatre School and is Co-Artistic Director of Picture Box Theatre Co., founded in 2008. Notable screen credits include: Rock, Paper, Scissors: The Way of the Tosser, Nancy Loves Miss Brown, and The Smart Woman's Survival Guide. Notable stage credits include: The Nick Drake Project, A Funny Thing Happened On the Way to the Forum, Big Love, The Laramie Project, The Beauty Queen of Leenane, and Rock & Roll.
