Juno Temple was born in England. Her mother is film producer Amanda Temple and her father, Julien Temple, is a film director. Shortly after her birth, her family moved to America, but when she was four, they returned to England, where she was raised.

Although her father cast her in his film Vigo (1998) at age nine, her role was cut out of the film. When Juno was 11, she made her film debut in his film Pandaemonium (2000). Shortly after, she told her parents she wanted to be a professional actress, and her mother sent her on an open audition for the movie Notes on a Scandal (2006). She won a role as Cate Blanchett's daughter.

The following year, Juno was cast in Atonement (2007), which starred Keira Knightley. She worked steadily in films throughout 2008 and 2009, including The Other Boleyn Girl (2008) starring Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson, then moved to Los Angeles, where her first role was in the movie Greenberg (2010) starring Ben Stiller. Just a year later, she was starring as Danielle, the title character in Dirty Girl (2011), as well as playing a role in Summit Entertainment's big action flick The Three Musketeers (2011). It definitely didn't stop there.

She landed a role in the 2012 film Killer Joe and in the Disney film Maleficent (2014). Her other credits include roles in Woody Allen film Wonder Wheel (2017) and in the thriller Unsane (2018), alongside Claire Foy. She also reprised her role in Maleficent: Mistress of Evil (2019).

In 2020, she was cast as Keeley Jones on the Apple TV+ series Ted Lasso, which soon became a hit with audiences and critics alike. She received three nominations for a Primetime Emmy three years in a row for her work on the show, as well as Golden Globe award nomination. Along with the rest of the cast, she won a Screen Actors Guild award in 2022 for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series.
