JOSH PECK

Born and raised in New York City, Josh Peck began doing stand-up comedy when he was just eight years old. He performed at Caroline's Comedy Club for the Audrey Hepburn Foundation and appeared in musical theater productions with the New York-based children's theater TADA. He made his feature film debut in Snow Day (2000). Later that year, he landed a role as a regular on the sketch comedy series for kids, The Amanda Show, starring Amanda Bynes. He stayed with the show for two years, while making guest appearances on shows such as ER and Family Guy.
Josh played a supporting role in the kids' film Max Keeble's Big Move (2001), but it was his turn as George, a fat bully in the critically-acclaimed Mean Creek (2004), that brought him to the attention of Hollywood casting directors. Along with the rest of the young cast, he shared a Special Distinction Award at the 2005 Independent Spirit Awards.
He quickly earned a starring role as Josh Nichols on the Nickelodeon show Drake and Josh, which premiered in the spring of 2004. The show went on to be a hit, and during his time off, Josh managed to fit in roles in films such as Havoc (2005) starring Anne Hathaway and Channing Tatum; Ice Age: The Meltdown (2006) with Ray Romano and Special (2006).
Other film credits include playing "Fat Boy" in Spun (2002) with John Leguizamo and Mickey Rourke and Ronnie in Drillbit Taylor (2008) with Owen Wilson. In 2012, he reprised his voice role of Eddie the possum for Ice Age: Continental Drift, the fourth installment in the Ice Age film franchise. He also joined Chris Hemsworth and Josh Hutcherson in their fight against North Korean soldiers in Red Dawn. Guest TV appearances include The Guardian and the pilot for HBO's hit The Sopranos, as well as voice work on Fillmore!, Family Guy and Whatever Happened to Robot Jones? . In recent years he appeared in Battle of the Year (2013), The Wedding Ringer (2015), The Timber (2015), and Danny Collins (2015).
Josh can once again be heard as Eddie in the 2016 sequel Ice Age: Collision Course. His other most recent roles include John in the comedy Chronically Metropolitan (2016), and Chris in the comedy S.B. Bound (2016).
In his spare time, Josh plays piano and ice hockey.
