JACK REYNOR

Date of Birth: January 23, 1992

American-born and Irish-raised Reynor is quickly making a name for himself in Hollywood.

He discovered his passion for acting when cast in a minor role as an altar boy in Kevin Liddy’s Country (2000), a dramatic story of a rural Irish family set in the 1970s. He got a taste of the stage while attending the prestigious Belvedere College SJ in Dublin and starred in numerous productions between 2004 and 2010, when he was cast in Kristen Sheridan’s Dollhouse.

It wasn’t until Jack was cast as the titular character in What Richard Did, an adaptation of a gritty novel about an accidental murder, that he caught the eye of audiences and Hollywood alike, including director Michael Bay, who cast him alongside Mark Wahlberg in Transformers: Age of Extinction (2014).

For playing the eccentric older brother to the main character in Sing Street (2016), Jack was nominated as Best Actor in a Supporting Role at the 2016 Irish Film and Television Awards.

His latest project is the action comedy Free Fire (2017) with Brie Larson and Armie Hammer.
