EMMANUELLE CHRIQUI

Emmanuelle Chriqui is most notable for her role as Eric's girlfriend on the hit HBO comedy Entourage, but she is more than just a pretty TV actress.
Born in Montreal, Quebec to Jewish French Moroccan immigrants, Chriqui (pronounced "Shreeky") started acting at a very young age. She took acting classes, which were financed by her big brother, and attended a drama program located in a suburb of Toronto. All the hard work started to pay off when she appeared in a McDonald's commercial at the age of 10, followed by guest roles in series such as Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Forever Knight, and PSI Factor: Chronicles of the Paranormal.
After high school, Chriqui made the leap to the big screen with her breakout performance came in 2000's Snow Day, in which she played the foxy Claire Bonner. Chriqui was nominated for a Best Actress DVD Exclusive award for her performance in 100 Girls (2000), and won the Standout Performance Tropy at the Young Hollywood Awards. She later went on to star with singers Lance Bass in On the Line (2001)and Usher in In the Mix (2005).
While her film career was taking off, Chriqui still had time to do television, where she proved it was the place for her to really shine. In 2005, she took on the role of Eric "E" Murphy's girlfriend Sloan McQuewick on Entourage and ever since, her film roles have really picked up.
She played a starring role in Adam Sandler's comedy You Don't Mess with the Zohan (2008) as Dalia, Sandler's love interest. She has also completed roles in Tortured (2008) with Laurence Fishburne, Patriotville (2008)with funnyman Justin Long, and Cadillac Records (2008) alongside Academy-award winner and screen veteran Adrien Brody. More recently, she starred in the movie Entourage (2015) which picks up six days after the show ended, and will appear in 2016's The Steps.
As for how bright her future is, Chriqui says: "As my career progresses, I just hope that I can do roles and do things that I can really sink my teeth into and really step up to the challenges that I dream of."
