DANNY MORGAN
Date of Birth: March 4, 1983
Born in London, England, Danny Morgan didn't make his acting debut until he was 24 years old, playing a clerk on Steve Coogan's comedy series, Saxondale.
He soon began making guest appearances on television shows, including playing Ollie the TV Expert on the show Tonightly as well as an appearance on the sketch comedy show The Wrong Door. He played his first recurring roles on The Doctors and Ideal.
In 2009 Danny appeared in the Green Acres-like comedy, The Green Green Grass, about a wealthy city family who move to a farm. That same year he booked his first regular role as a main character on the teen comedy series Off the Hook, about a university freshman trying to reinvent himself. Unfortunately, the show was cancelled after one season.
Following the blow, Danny kept himself busy with roles on the shows Comedy Lab and Campus before returning to the comedy Ideal in 2011 for his most substantial arc. A popular series in the UK, Danny played Jake in the comedy about a stoner trying to get by while exerting as little effort as possible in addition to dealing with his high strung girlfriend. The stint gave Danny great exposure to television audiences and led to his biggest role to date.
In 2012, Danny made his film debut playing Ed Dunkel in On the Road, alongside Kristen Stewart and Garret Hedlund, as well as up-and-coming British actors such as Tom Sturridge and Sam Riley. Danny travelled to Paris for the Cannes Film Festival where it received excellent reviews.
