CHUCK SHEETZ
Sheetz graduated from UCLA Film School before he completed directing his first film, a short,
seven-minute animated movie, Wild Times in the Wildwood. He then landed a job in animation as
a sheet timer on the popular series The Simpsons. After years of dedication, Sheetz worked his
way up to directing.
With a number of Simpsons episodes under his belt, he went on to direct episodes of King
of the Hill, The Critic, and the first 39 shows of Disney's Recess. In 2001 he
decided to release his first feature-length film, Recess: School's Out.
