CHRISTOPHER MARQUETTE

Date of Birth: October 3, 1984

Since entering the business at age 12 by starring in the film Sweet Nothing opposite Mira Sorvino in 1996, Chris Marquette has been keeping very busy. Born in Florida and raised in Texas, he first gained widespread attention when he played a regular role as Joan's boyfriend Adam Rove on the the acclaimed television series Joan of Arcadia (2003 to 2005). He has also played regular roles on Pasadena and Strong Medicine.

On the big screen he's had major roles in movies such as Freddy vs. Jason (2003), The Girl Next Door (2004), American Gun (2005), Alpha Dog (2006), The Invisible (2007) and Race to Witch Mountain (2009). More recently, he played Craig in Nostalgia (2018).

Chris, who has also appeared on stage in the play A Christmas Carol at Madison Square Guardens, donates his time to the Sunshine Foundation, the Cancer Society, Special Olympics and Pediatrics AIDS.
