Charlotte Le Bon was born in Montreal to well-known Quebec actress Brigitte Paquette and Richard Le Bon. Charlotte started modeling, which brought her to France, where she started her acting career. He decided to ask her to audition for The Hundred-Foot Journey, which he produced and Lasse Hallström directed. In the film, Charlottte plays an aspiring chef who works in a fancy French restaurant, whose owner is played by Helen Mirren. More recently, she starred in The Walk (2015), Sens dessus dessous (2015), Anthropoid (2016), and the historical drama The Promise (2017) with Christian Bale.
