CHACE CRAWFORD
Date of Birth: July 18, 1985
Christopher Chace Crawford was born in Lubbock, Texas. He led a simple life, growing up in Dallas with his parents Dana and Chris and younger sister, Candice.
In 2003, Chris graduated from Trinity Christian Academy winning the "best dressed" award. Indecisive on his career path, he decided to move to Malibu and attend Pepperdine University as a Journalism Broadcasting student.
Upon his arrival he joined Sigma Nu Fraternity. Still unsure what he wanted to do, he considered becoming a doctor like his father, a businessman, an advertiser or a journalist. After voicing his indecisiveness regarding the future to his mother, she encouraged him to try acting, reminding him of the career aptitude test he had taken in high school that revealed he was best suited for a career in performing arts.
Chris began to look into acting agencies. Once dsigned to an agency, he gave acting his full attention.
He began acting commercials and TV movies. Shortly after his name began to circulate within the industry, he auditioned in 2007 for the television series Gossip Girl and was cast as Nate Archibald. The role allowed him to expand his career and during hiatuses from the show, he had the opportunity to be cast in movies.
In 2010 Chris played White Mike in Twelve, alongside 50 cent, Emma Roberts, and Kiefer Sutherland. The following year he was cast as Cole in Peace, Love & Misunderstanding with Elizabeth Olsen, Jane Fonda, and Jeffery Dean Morgan.
Most recently he played Marco in What to Expect When You're Expecting, alongside Cameron Diaz, Matthew Morrison and Dennis Quaid.
