BLAIR HAYES
After completing his education at the University of Miami, Hayes went on to
complete a one-year term at the University of Southern California film
school.
Following his studies, he started making commercials for such clients as
American Express, KFC, Kodak, Sony and Gatorade. By 1995, his success in the
field was steady and he opened his own production company, The Hayes Office.
Used for making commercials and feature films, Hayes turned his interest
towards the latter genre for his next project.
By the late '90s, after 10 years in commercial work, Hayes worked as both
director and director of photography for the Austin Powers:The Spy who
Shagged Me trailer. For the start of the new millennium, he took a big
jump into the feature film industry, making his directorial debut with the
comedy, Bubble Boy (2001).
