The Last Wife

In Vietnam during the Nguyen Dynasty, Linh, the youngest and last wife of the district governor, is unable to fulfill her obligation to give birth to a heir. Compounding the insurmountable societal pressure she faces from the older wives, a chance meeting between Linh and her childhood love, Nhan, unravels a string of unexpected events that dramatically changes her life.
