Oilman Paul Sturges takes his family on vacation to Bahia Azul, but the coastal town he and his wife once knew has mysteriously disappeared. A massive Megalodon, known to local legend as the Black Demon, rises from the the depths of the ocean, and Paul must somehow save his family from this primeval shark.
