Incorporating various styles, including music video and the old-fashioned B-movie, this film tells the story of a simpleton, who witnesses the murder of the mayor in a grungy part of town. He seizes on the opportunity by removing the body from the scene of the crime so he can bring it to his adoptive father, a doctor who performs bizarre medical experiments.
