Lovers (Amants)

Lisa, a college student, and Simon, a drug dealer with a wealthy clientele, have been in love since they were teenagers. Paris belongs to them. But the tide turns when a client and friend dies of an overdose in their presence. Panicked, Simon, who refused to call for help, convinces Lisa that the best solution would be for him to take off — without her. Lisa insists on coming with him. Pretending to agree, Simon stands her up and disappears. Three years later, Lisa has just gotten married to Léo, a wealthy businessman with whom she intends to adopt a child in Mauritius, where the couple are spending their holidays. However, she soon discovers that Simon is working at the hotel where she’s staying with her husband.
