Like the Others

Manu, a gay pediatrician in his forties, would be perfectly happy if he could adopt a child and bring him or her up with his partner, Philippe, a lawyer. The problem is that Philippe is perfectly happy with his life the way it is and does not want a child.

Unable to come to an agreement, the two lovers part. Manu, although shaken, is single-minded about finding a surrogate mother, willing to give him the child he craves. Fina, a Colombian beauty who is in the country illegally, might do the job for him in exchange for a marriage of convenience. However, medical tests determine that Manu is sterile. He then wonders if Phillipe would agree to be the sperm donor?
