Beautiful and ambitious editor Alice Lantins (Virginie Efira) has everything she needs to be promoted to a new position as the editor-in-chief of Rebelle magazine, except for her uptight image. On a flight back to Paris, the 38-year-old woman meets 20-year-old urban planning major, Balthazar Apfel (Pierre Niney), and they bond after the plane hits some turbulence.
Alice forgets her flash drive on the plane, and Balthazar picks it up. He sets out to find her and they meet in a bar, where he tells her he left it at home. He offers to drive her there on his scooter, and while he's putting his extra helmet on her, Alice's colleagues spot her with the much-younger man and assume they're dating. They take a photo and post it on the web, which gets her boss' attention. He loves the idea that she's dating a younger man and starts to think maybe she isn't as uptright as he though. Realizing the benefits that this impromptu relationship could bring to her career, Alice plays along and drags a smitten Balthazar along with her.
