When Frankie (Kelly Bastard) lays eyes on a killer mannequin, it begins to continuously follow her everywhere — while killing her friends off without a chase. Unable to sleep, eat, or think, eyes must be kept on the mannequin the entire time or it will catch you — Frankie and her friends must learn its secret before it's too late.
