Continental, a Film Without Guns

A nurse in her fifties worries about the sudden disappearance of her husband, last seen traveling home from work on the bus. An unemployed man agrees to be relocated to land a job as an insurance agent, enabling him to support its family. A young hotel receptionist dreams of having a child but can’t find a man with whom she can share her life. An old second-hand dealer on the brink of bankruptcy is divided between the woman he loves and his passion for gambling.

The destinies of these four, who don’t seem to have anything in common, will cross within the span of a few weeks.
