Four Black transgender women who work as sex workers explore the dichotomy between the Black community and themselves while confronting issues long avoided.

Following Daniella Carter, Koko Da Doll, Liyah Mitchell, and Dominique Silver, the film shows the real and raw emotion behind their lives and those they encounter. Set in Atlanta and New York City, the involvement of gangs, drugs, and closeted gay men follow the four girls throughout their lives.
