Cheech & Chong: Still Smokin'

Cheech&Chong are invited to a celebrity festival in Amsterdam. When they get there, however, it turns out that the guy who invited them has taken off with all the money meant to pay for Burt Reynolds and Dolly Parton to show up. Feeling inclined to fix the mess, Cheech and Chong dress up as Mr. Burt and Mr. Dolly and travel around Amsterdam, staying at their hotel, smokin' joints and doing shows.
