A man whose girlfriend just died; a young woman who reconnects with an old friend at a party and tries to convince her they were very close; and a haughty man who insults a salesperson while shopping for electronics, all take part in a Marc Gauthier conference.
Gauthier, who claims to be a communication guru, offers a new approach to improve relationships. But, as the participants come to realize, there will always be a large gap between theory and practice.
