Ruined our Christmas plan
December 25, 2018
I am exceptionally disappointed with this movie theatre. I understand that things go wrong and films may not play but at least communicate with the people. Me and my family, meaning my mother and my epileptic, autistic sister, went to see the Queen movie. We left 45 minutes early to save seats, knowing the theatre will most likely be full. This is Christmas Day. The movie is meant to start at 7:15. We sat in that theatre listening to Christmas music that is either ancient or so stylized the words can hardly be made out. My mom and I laughed over this as we hung out for the 40 minutes. 7:15 came and the theatre was full. The minutes crawled by as the movie screen remained black. My sister was getting antsy. We haven’t been out to a movie in a long while and were looking forward to spending the day together. It was 7:30 and people were getting upset. Other audience members came back with vague information on why our movie hasn’t yet started. No manager came to speak to us. Then, an audience member came back asking us to move rooms. We were moved to the one next door. It was significantly smaller. We lost our good seats that we gained by coming so early and many people lost a seat at all. People were asking for refunds and still no manager came to speak. Only two young women who had to be in their early 20s at most. They were overwhelmed and also did not know how to handle the situation. My family decided to leave the movie theatre and ask for our refund. The woman told us to stand by the popcorn counter. We waited. A large crowd left the room and joined us on line. The woman came back and brought everyone to the ticket counter. We lost our place on line again! My sister is irritated and so am I. We waited on line with a bunch of angry customers. We left the theatre, our nice plan ruined. We never once spoke to a manager. No one spoke to us about the situation at all except for other customers who had to visit the manager, themselves. I do not plan on returning to this
Christmas Showtimes were wrong!
December 25, 2018
Your website was not updated for Christmas Day Showtimes. Many people, including ourselves, were waiting for the doors to open for a 1:35 showtime of Bohemian Rhapsody as you advertised. This is NOT good advertising - especially for a holiday schedule. Sloppy website oversight!
Wonderful people

The people who work here and the management are very friendly and nice. Love going here!
Worst Experience
April 07, 2018
I am new to New Jersey. Today is my first weekend and I decided to go for a movie "Ready Player One." The show was all the way down the corridor. When the previews started, I thought to myself that the theater was freezing. When my husband saw me putting on my gloves and covering and huddling more he went and spoke to the theater manager. Manager said to him, that he forgot to turn on the heat! The temperature in the theater did not change till the end of movie. When I tried to tell this to the manager, he was not friendly. I asked him to give me his business card to report him to Better Business Bureau, he refused to share his name or info. This to me was a horrible experience. No apology, no refund or even courtesy. Tomorrow I am going to send an email to BBB! Theaters like this should be fined a heavy sum.
Freeze your butt off at Westwood Theaters!

This theater is maintained in very bad shape. The place we saw the movie in was freezing and even though we went to the manager in the middle of the movie and informed him, no action was taken. The place was so cold we had to keep our jackets on and were forced to wear our gloves. Overall this theater is very poorly maintained and customer service is terrible.
