Theater Reviews

Movie lovers

November 26, 2024

We enjoyed seeing Wicked on Wednesday, Nov. 20th. We had great seats in the balcony. The problem was the number of audience members going in and out of the auditorium during the movie. The first group left within the first five minutes of the show. It continued throughout the movie - sometimes multiple people at the same time. My feet were stepped on 3 times. The movement took away from the enjoyment of the movie. In all my movie going years, I have never seen that many people come and go throughout a movie.

"Technical Difficulties" but forever

September 21, 2019

This theater has CONSTANT issues with both "go get your refunds at the front counter, we cant show this film after all" extreme and just plain annoying film and audio skipping. Fix your equipment and stop wasting our time!

Seats so close to screen you can touch it!

November 03, 2018

First 3 rows of seats so close to screen you can’t tell what you are looking at. Opening weekend of big movie and only couple of afternoon showings. Not worth the drive. Will not be coming back. In new seats, but they do not recline or have footrest as advertised in lobby.

Best customer service

February 09, 2018

We bought tickets in advance to watch the movie 50 shades freed. My fiance and I always sit in the balcony VIP 21 & up section. When we arrived to the theatre we were told that we would be sitting downstairs but all of the same amenties would be available to us. When we got downstairs we were notified that the VIP treatment was limited. We knew what we wanted when we bought the tickets and since we now couldn’t receive that same service we wanted to switch the movie that we would be watching. The manager Tracy personally walked us up front & got us in front of the line to see if we could be accommodated. We quickly realized that our 2nd choice movie was sold out and Tracy saw the disappointment on our faces. She made a special exception to give us what we expected and apologized to us on more than one occasion. She didn’t make us feel like we were a burden and went out of her way to make us happy customers. We will always continue to come to this theatre for the amazing service and awesome movie choices.
