‘Network’ Issues—Can’t Play Movies

They lose wifi/connection and can’t play movies. They don’t use film. And their network goes down often. Very weird for a premium chain like Landmark.
Extremely Warm in the Theater and lack of Customer Service

Auditorium 4 was uncomfortably warm on Monday during the Captain Marvel movie. I believe the recliners are made of some faux leather, once your sitting and your head makes contact with the recliner, the sweating begins, albeit accentuated by a warm theater. Intolerable! We ordered two pizza-flat breads at the bar, the waiter guaranteed that as soon as the food was ready the remote control that was given to us would buzz. Twenty minutes into the movie, I decided to go and check on our food. The food was on the bar, cold and nobody let us know the Flat breads were ready. Landmark has potential if management puts their house in check.

This new theatre has several venues in a tight space so the theatres are adequate while not large. The ones with the recliners are superior. The food selection is fine
So disappointing!

Went to a movie here Wednesday evening, December 21st. The food offered at the concession stand was pretty much standard, nothing great. We were then taken to the wrong theatre (movie was in progress so we realized we were not in the right place). Finally went into the correct theatre which was filthy dirty - popcorn all over the place, drinks spilled on the seats which were sticky. We found the person who took us into the wrong theatre and asked her if someone was going to clean the place where we were supposed to watch the movie. She came back and attempted to clean up the mess. A very disappointing experience. Not sure we'll bother coming back
