Charged my bank card2x...over $100 on awful food and poor customer service!!!

December 30, 2023

My 2 sisters and I went to this SMG and Iordered 3 appetizers, 2 sodas, and a bottle of water. The food was so horrible that none of us could eat it. All 3 of us received an alert that we would receive a free popcorn, but the waitress told us we could only get one per group (she did at least bring us 2 bags). They were extremely slow, and spilled a large soda on my sister. We spoke to the manager, and he told me that he would give us a total refund for the food. When I checked my account today, there are 2 different charges ($45.63, and $55.55). The manager neglected to give me back my receipt, so I will go in person tomorrow and try to get this resolved. Worst experience ever at the SMG...I won't be going back ever!!!

This location has gone downhill!

September 25, 2020

Worst movie experience I've ever had. We drove 45 mins to this theater for our first family outing since the lockouts began. I feel like I spent $100 to have my time and energy stolen from me.. First of all the movie (Tenet) was so loud and the bass so imbalanced, that literally our whole group (and many others we noticed as we glanced around) had to plug their ears during any action scene. We asked several times if they could fix it and they did turn it down but it was still way too loud to tolerate and I am hard of hearing so for me to say that tells you something. Our server forgot to bring our waters after being asked 3 times. Our expensive mixed drinks were totally full of ice, leaving us with only a few sips before they were gone. We ended up walking out halfway through the movie with my 14 year old in tears because our first fun outing of the year was ruined. The manager Ben was nice enough, and offered us 6 ticket passes. When I got to my car I notice the passes are expired. I go back in and he assures me they will work. We get halfway home and I realize that the passes are only good at the box office and not online, so I will have to drive an hour back to the theater and HOPE that there are tickets/seats available, just to be able to use these consolation passes. I've tried many times to call the location to get resolution and have gotten more angry the more I think about the fact that they didn't offer to refund our tickets or comp our meal. I left 2 messages at the corporate office to speak with them, with no callback yet. I am hoping this review will be the catalyst to getting help with this. SMG used to be one of our favorite outings and I am a club member, so I'm pretty disappointed in the way this experience unfolded 😔

movies cost too much

February 27, 2018

Everything was great except all movies cost too much for a family to go.
