Best theater in MB

I've always enjoyed going to this particular theater. It is the newest in the area and it shows. No it doesn't have the new reclining seats like another theater in the area has, but it makes up for it. The popcorn is always warm and fresh. When there is a problem (like the movie/projector malfunctioning) they've always offered me at least 1 free ticket to return (usually 2) and allowed me to go to another movie at that time AND refunded my popcorn purchase because of the inconvenience. The staff is always friendly. I go to the movies A LOT. Once a week. A few weeks ago when it was pouring rain they even lent me an umbrella to use, they just asked that i return it on my next visit. They go above and beyond. This is my favorite theater in the area.
Best Myrtle Beach Area Theatre

Love this theatre! Customer service is excellent, facility is very clean--theatres, bathrooms, common areas. Concession is a bit pricey but unfortunately that seems to be the norm these days. An improvement would be to convert one or more of the theatres with the reclining chairs with footrests that some other theatre chains are now featuring. Location is fab--right in the heart of Market Common where great restaurants and shopping abound within steps!

Will be my last trip

Paid $14 for a 3D movie and was handed glasses (when I asked for them) that were disgusting. I told the very young kid who took my ticket that the glsss were dirty and asked for another pair. He searched two drawers of glssss to find a pair that weren't gross, to no avail. He quickly passed me a pair he said were good ones and sent me on my way. They were so nasty with oily smudges front and back. I then was served stale popcorn which I discovered as I waited for pizza. The movie theatre pizza was actually pretty good as gt s that goes but when I sat down and looked around I couldn't believe how filthy the place was. I get that these young kids are working probably for minimum wage, but come on. Market Commons is supposed to be a newer, more upscale place. It's conveniently located to myself, who lives in Murrells Inlet and saves me from having to venture into Dirty Myrtle to the mall or Broadway. But after this trip, I'll gladly be making the trip to the mall. Clean it up. I'm scared to even touch the arm rests.
