I like this theater will go back …they didn’t freeze you out with air conditioning blowing down your neck!

Extremely disappointed that we had to find out there was a heating issue by another couple that was there to watch the movie. No one shared that information with my husband and I When we showed our tickets. It was colder in the theater than it was outside in the middle of Winter. No mention of anything by any manager or employee, even the gesture of a simple cup of coffee to warm up would have been appreciated. Another issue we had, is that our tickets were for row F seats 7, 8 and 9. When we got into the theater row F didn't even exist. They were only rows A through D. So we just chose seats and sat down, and had many rude and glaring looks by other people who were trying to get their seats thinking we were in the wrong seat. Very uncomfortable feeling for a date night out with my husband. It seems like this theater is going downhill very quickly.

great place to see a movie. Make sure you do your seats online so you can gain a better locaton to enjoy

I was extremely happy with the overall aesthetics of the place now. The theater was a descent size with each chair now only reclining but lifting your feet as well!!! So comfortable - we didn’t choose our seats until 10 mins before the show and i was very disappointed when I first saw they only had 3 seats left in the SECOND row from the screen. We were delighted to find that didn’t have to break our necks to watch, every seat has a nice view and very comfortable Definitely could use some better customer service. The guy who took the tickets just seemed to be irritated at everyone. Other than that! Good experience
Not Deaf Hard of Hearing Friendly

Equipment usually has problems - it's very difficult to get ahold of management especially to prepare in advance before arrival since half the staff is usually clueless about special equipment for the deaf and hard of hearing. Everything is overpriced and when you have special needs that are not being adequately met, it makes it a horrible experience.
