BUYER BEWARE!!! They will steal your money right in front of your face and say sorry about your luck!!!!
July 29, 2024
paid $25 to be in the 21+ movie. They charged me someone else’s tab for $60. They said they voided it and my money would automatically refund in 2 days. This never happened. I called up there all week long at different times of the day, not a single person answered the phone. When I went in person to talk to the general manager he acknowledged they were wrong but REFUSED to give me my money back. He said I needed to fight my bank and report a fraudulent charge INSTEAD OF CORRECTING THEIR MISTAKE! The AUDACITY!!! BUYER BEWARE!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOUR FACE, admit they took it and say sorry about your luck!!!!! I will NEVER EVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS THEATER AGAIN!!!! P.S. enjoy drinking their $12 beers!
Regal fires employee over Karen complaint
June 13, 2023
A friend of mine mad a partially false and over exaggerated complaint to Regal HR back in early May. Come to find out, said "friend" had also gone after another employee that was 'crippled' as said "friend" called him. That didn't work, so I guess friend decided to go after someone else. After doing some research on my end, said employee that was fired also has a documented disability. Shame on Regal. Any company that cares more about Karen than their employees doesn't deserve mine or my families money. We will go somewhere else.
worse customer service in the world!!!

A Cinematic Adventure
March 31, 2021
I've been going here for years, before Regal and after. No real change. Having been to theaters all across the US, the Broken Arrow Warren is hands down the best theater I've been to. My first movie here was best described as a cinematic adventure. The staff, theater, presentation, and food were all amazing. When they open back up I'm becoming a Regal member and will be watching movies once a week.
Great place!!!

I’m not one to say much in regards to reviews however reading through all the negative garbage these first world problem people that are so quick to blast a business cause they didn’t get a meet and greet at the damn door, foot rub or a free popcorn come on now. My wife and I have been going here for years and funny thing all the times we have been there never had a problem. Bunch of entitled, ungrateful people. Should be thankful we have theatre that even serves alcohol let alone dinner with it and I can keep going. Just disgusting the amount of garbage y’all keyboard warriors put out. Anyway there is nothing wrong with the theatre it’s great never had a problem don’t listen to the trash talking, ungrateful idiots.
Sketchy

Buy tickets in Regal app for screening room with reclining seats, show up to a basic theater. Management just shrugged. Basically they are now lying to sell seats. You can get your money back, but of course not your convenience fee. Excessive commercials must be all that's paying the bills at this time. It's a ghost town on a Friday and Saturday night.
Used to be good, ruined by Regal

This theater used to be very nice but has now become complete trash, Regal has found a way to ruin virtually every part of the experience, even failing to maintain cleanliness in the building, what a joke
Still better than most theaters

I have not experienced the negativity that others have posted about. Everything is clean, nice restrooms, seating is in good shape in theaters. Concessions are average... I'm not sure how you can complain about concessions unless your popcorn was burned. We are talking movie concessions, not the Brown Derby. People complain too much. Did someone say their ice-cream was cold? Layout and lobby are nice. Location and parking good. Staff/customer service is mediocre - but that seems to be the norm in 2020. It's not like the staff went to college to man a theater location. This is a stepping stone or second job/part time for most of them. Don't expect to be pampered too much. LOL
Went downhill

My husband and I have been going here for years. Now that Regal bought it- it’s AWFUL! Concessions overpriced-and not good- kids working couldn’t care less. Dirty, nothing works, torn furniture. Overpriced for the venue- it’s NOT Warren anymore! We WANT a good theater on this side of town but Regal- you need to make it worth our while!
