Very immature unprofessional middle management. Brianna has emasculating issues.

The theatre room was hot…. No air conditioning, when I asked for refund Brianna( poor manager and another little teen- age brat) went hysterical. Regal needs to rehire competent employees rather than crack- heads. Unfortunate for your obvious declining business.
Theater cleanliness

THE THEATER IS A MESS. Couldn't believe how messy it was.
I love Jessica!

Not only did she have a wonder personality and smile (very hard to come by these days in the food industry) but...she buttered my popcorn perfectly and made my whole over all experience perfect!
Large, reliable theater!

While it's true that during rushes sometimes things can get a little messy, the place is huge and stays steady. They keep up with the latest shows, have a seating area, a few games for the kids, two concession stands (on different floors), and special events every month. Seats are reserved at time of purchase, fyi. Concession is typical and OK. The staff there can be hit or miss and the popcorn is usually fine. tl:dr Reliable, large theater with many options for new releases and regular special events.
Best seats in Seattle.

It can be hit or miss for customer service and bathroom cleanliness. The former is less excusable than the latter, customer service is key to customer enjoyment; the slobs that come out of Comicbook movies make the messes, not the employees who kindly clean up after them.
Terrible customer service

Unreasonable response to a fire alarm - not restarting the movie, and only giving reimbursements for people willing to stand in a very long line? What a waste of an afternoon. Save yourself some hassle and go to AMC.
Seat reservations required

They now require you to pick your seat at purchase. Twice now, the person sitting next to me was unpleasant. One time they were loud and picked a fight with the person behind them, the second time they smelled strongly of cigarettes and talked the whole time. If the seats were not preselected, it would have been no big deal, I would have just moved. Not going back.
