I am amazed how this manager is still working at this location. Our experience was so bad. He was ready to call the cops on us for carrying a water bottle inside because my son is particular about drinking alkaline water.

4K Akira Blurry

I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes to watch the 4K release of Akira the movie started it was blurry the subtitles were impossible to read. Again this was a 4k release i told management about the issue so did 5 other people their reply was the movie just looks like that its released like that...........4k....................unwatchable.......1st movie i went to since covid i dont plan on ever going back might give up on the cinema all together if 4k on my tv is better then the theater............

Coffee machine was broken, staff did not know where things were and just told me they didn't have it, waited 45 minutes for the Nacho cheese to warm up when they said it would be 15, seats are horrible and don't decline much. Won't be spending my money here in the future.

It's a bit expensive, but you get nice recliner chairs, plenty of leg room, reserved seats, and there's a bar!
Picture quality was horrible!

I just saw Black Panther tonight, and the picture quality was terrible. It was so dark that in some scenes it was hard to make out any of the moving characters. The theater was also left in the same condition from the previous showing. I had to wipe off a mountain of popcorn out of my seat before sitting down. Will not be returning. Overpriced for terrible service.
