Great Theater - Assigned Seats are Awesome
June 02, 2022
It's great to be able to sit at home, select a movie, show time, and seat; download the QR code to my phone, and go straight inside to the ticket taker without waiting in line! This establishment is clean, the picture and sound quality are always excellent, and the concessions are adequately staffed. The popcorn is hot and tasty and the soda is cold. I LOVE THIS THEATER. Folks that rail against assigned seating are likely resistant to change of any kind. Suck it up, Buttercup!
Hate assigned seats, have not been there in months because of it.

Do not like assigned seating for several reasons, waiting in a long line to get in being the first. As soon use gift card we will not come back.

I always go to this theater for a quality movie viewing experience, but I just want to give a huge shout out to Ryan McTavish for AMAZING customer service. He helped me out tremendously with a very concerning issue! Ryan is extremely kind, patient, and persistent in helping you! This guy needs a reward/raise, something great for his quality service! 5 stars thanks to you Ryan!
Ignore the salty comment- great theatre

Many theatres are transitioning to reserved seating, and I find it rather nice. Some people are afraid of change and that is something that will always be consistent. There are less seats and more space, plus the seats are larger and recline as well (with added foot room). I have been to this theatre many times, and if someone is in your seat, just show them your ticket or get an employee if you're? afraid of confrontation. People have always been willing to move and go to the seat they were supposed to. I attend regularly with someone with special needs, and they are always very accommodating and the managers are amazing.
Roll call before the movie starts

I don't remember having to plan ahead of time in order to go to the movies with more than one person. Since when do movie theaters assign seats, and then expect people to actually follow those assignments? When have we transitioned from the "good old days" where you show up early, you get the good seats, to movie theaters that I pay to get told where to sit. Didn't realize I was going to catch a flick in Pyongyang. So I guess when my friends and I make the (obviously terrible) decision to go to this movie theater, show up, and pay, we are expected to sit across the theater from one another, jammed inbetween random people we have never met? God forbid I don't plan days ahead of time to attend this atrocious theater. Probably a good idea to go on a date here too..."guess I'll see you after babe?". Avoid at all costs, save your money, and go to a god fearing American establishment that still believes in upholding the American value known as Freedom...or don't, but if you do choose to attend this communist establishment, ensure you logistically plan days ahead of time. Wouldn't want to miss any of the wickets on this theater's attendee requirements checklist.
