Volume Earsplittingly Loud
February 02, 2024
After reading many reviews about regal theaters being so dirty, I was ready for just about anything but was pleasantly surprised at the overall cleanliness, and especially appreciated the staggered design of the seats in the theater. What I did not appreciate at all was the volume of the movie. It was so loud, even after complaining twice, that the sound was actually muffled and many parts of the dialogue could not even be understood. A person shouldn't have to wear earplugs or a noise canceling headset to mitigate the painful volume in theaters nowadays. What's the point anyway? Excessive volume to the point of making a person's ears ring for hours afterward is not an enjoyable experience. It is common knowledge that volume over a certain decibel level is harmful for the ears, so why an earth do theaters continue this practice? I think it's something that needs to be re-examined.

Everything was great. I'm most grateful for them calling me and letting me know they had my house key. I lost it and went back to look for it, couldn't find it so I left my name and phone, thinking I really wouldn't hear back from them. They called me the next day and said someone had found it in the parking lot and turned it in. With all they have going on, I felt this was exemplary service.

Never had a bad experience here
Aisles up the Middle?
March 18, 2019
Many of the small individual screens have a wide aisle down the middle. You pay full price for this lousy seating viewing experience. If the movie I want to see is in one of these tiny "middle aisle" theaters I leave and elsewhere. Quit charging full price for these lousy little theaters and I'll consider staying.
Poor movie selections

The movie selections at the Regal theaters in Marysville and the Everett Mall are a constant disappointment--very few intelligent movies for adults, a lot of cheap trashy movies. I read about movies that have gotten great reviews but they never show up.
Old, dated and dirty.

I want to know why I’m paying for the same ticket prices for an old dirty theater because it hides behind the Regal name? Looks like late 80’s decor. Always sticky floors and trashed out with popcorn that should be vacuumed up daily. The concessions stand is stingy on butter and gives dry popcorn. The seats hurt your butt and back halfway through movie.
