Terribly Dirty

Overflowing Garbages, Trash On Carpets, Bathrooms Terrible. We went to a 6:45pm movie & the halls to theatre rooms was AWFUL with overflowing garbage cans. When I was at the concession stand, I told the gal behind the counter who kind of laughed and then communicated it to someone through the headset she was wearing. When we left, 1 1/2 hours later, nothing had changed. Will never go back to this theater again.

Clean and, during the day, usually not too busy

Ticket purchase was easy and quick. Ushers and concession stand folks were friendly and helpful. The theater itself is always clean. Sound tends to be a little loud during te previews but it's about perfect for the movies themselves.

A poorly managed theatre operation

No movie sales kiosk in operation, all tickets sold at the concession stand makes this impossible to deal with at busy times. We went in to see a movie that was starting 20 minutes after our arrival according to the website. When we finally got through the line the movie was in progress and most every seat was taken. As it turned out the person at the concession stand had sold us tickets for the next showing which was three hours later without mentioning that. The confusion of having the haggard concession stand folks dealing with popcorn, candy, drinks sales etc. at a busy time along with ticket sales for multiple times and movies is hard on the customer and the employees. Needless to say we had to stand in line again for 20 minutes to get out refund as we had not intended to see the movie at a later time. A bad experience to say the least!

Great popcorn; smells like a locker room

Great popcorn; you can add as much "butter" as you like. Unfortunately the place smells like a locker room full of dirty sweat socks. Not nice. I lost an item. Stopped by one day about mid afternoon to see if they had it in their lost and found. The guy at the counter called some gal in back who said she would check. Waited 20 minutes and she never got back to me and the guy at the concession counter forgot or didn't care to follow up. I finally left. A little concern for the customer might be nice.
