Longest wait to get a ticket

I just wanted to buy a ticket. Had to go to concession stand and stand in line while people bought concession stand products. Only wanted to buy a ticket and waited 20 minutes and did not purchase anything from the concession stand. I wish they had people outside selling tickets.

This rating is for Regal Movie Theater Ocala FL but first this on Regal Movie theater in Inverness FL has the nastiest seats, the best manager in Brie and her staff so now only go to Regal Ocala FL.

REGAL MOVIE THEATRE OCALA FL: Staff especially Dawn and Ocala Police Department presence are wonderful; sound level - excellent; picture quality - excellent; food no longer get concessions (got sick on food there); ticket purchases - excellent kiosk self service; clean & comfortable seats; viewing choice 2D only preferred; Temperature - I’m always cold so always take a shawl, lost a shawl at the theater it was never found or turned over to me. I made several calls to the theater to no avail.

Nice Theater

I normally always go to this theater. I always enjoy going here. The food is always fresh at the concession stands and everyone is always friendly. It's a big theater, just a little outdated but very clean.

Mistake in my review -

I just wrote a review regarding the difficulty of obtaining tickets for COME OUT IN JESUS NAME, and it was only afterward that I realized all the seats were sold out and that's why I couldn't reserve one (duhh...). My apologies on that. HOWEVER the other parts stand - there was no way to get single tickets till the morning of the movie and when I finally got the theater's phone number and called, there was no answer. It just rang and rang until it finally just shut off. So my opinion still mostly stands except for my own mistake (if I had been able to get to the single ticket page, I would have found out it was sold out).

Page for choosing seats DOESN'T WORK

I have been trying for several weeks to buy a ticket for 'Come our in Jesus Name' at this Ocala theater with total and utter failure. First they offered no way to buy a SINGLE ticket; the link given for that just rotated back to the group purchase page. Then TODAY, the day of the movie, single ticket purchases suddenly appeared, but the page to select the seats on DOESN'T WORK. And there's NO WAY to actually contact the theater to let them know. So the question is: do I drive an hour one way to see if I can get in or not? Does anyone at this theater chain actually care about customer experiences??

Nasty managers

I have the annual pass and went to see a movie during the day. I purchased and upgraded my icee to a large with my points. The large icee includes refills and when I went for my refill the manager refused to give me the refill. I called Corp office and they did not care. I asked about putting in a complaint and was told someone from the theater will contact me but they did not. It is s shame that managers can get away with being so unprofessional towards customers.

Ticket Fiasco--Goofy Ticket Process

What a cluster---the process to buy your tickets and select your seats involves going to the snack bar. thus delaying any snack-only guests. I had a printed on-line ticket and had to go to the snack bar, as the outside ticket windows were not open, to get my ticket scanned...oh, yeah and order a snack. Huge delays for everyone!#?* Get this process fixed and take more management actions to quickly dispatch the staff to any long lines. I was not late for my movie as there were 23-minutes of movie previews...ugh.

I think it’s absolutely ridiculous that you need to pick your seats before you go into theater. It’s time consuming due to the fact there is a big line to get tickets.Some people hate change.

Idiotic rules & then some

This is a horrible movie experience. Whoever makes these new 'rules' should not be the customer service industry. It's idiotic that you need to pick your seat via a computer screen before entering your theater. Just absurd. You just lost a few, actually more than a few, customers. Remember, you ARE in the customer service industry. Not the we'll dictate everything you do industry. See ya,,,yea, but not there!

when we paid we had to pick a seat off computer where we sit that is so stupid what if the person sitting by me talks too loud eats too loud so big they pour over onto my seat has not bathe smelly cologne then what do i do? just sit there? NO WAY!!!!!! i will pick my own seat the money we pay and they try and force you to sit certain spots even if you pick before hand you do not know if you can see the screen good or if you are under one of the fans or who sits by you.change policy or lose customers.
