Don't believe the times and the manager in charge was unprofessional.

I purchased online for the 10:30 am Feb 8th, 2020 for the movie Birds of Prey. But when getting there at 10:20 am the theater was closed. The movie wasn't being played until 11:15 am with no notification was given to me about the change. There was difference of 45 minutes. Do not see a movie from this place. Their times are wrong. I spoke to the manager onsite, who was very very unprofessional. Unapologetic, no concern of my issue, and didn't even cared. She shouldn't work there at all. All she stated was call to corp to handle it. We have nothing to do it. In fact do not see movies from the Regal corp. Do not use the regal app or anything with the regal company. I got a refund from the movie but at this time, I haven't received my $3.00 that I'm fighting for, for their convince fee, yet they inconvenienced me of my time. $3.00 for a convenience fee yet they inconvenienced me. Think about that Regal.

This place is a dump its outdated the theatre needs contemporary remodeling. Service f-in sucks. As far as the kitchen it lacks proper management they dont pay attention too orders place; in addition, there rude unhappy no one smiled or even said thank you. This place also lacks security. First and last time i come here thanks for a horrible experience.

Longest concession lines ever!!!!!

Spoke with the assistant manager on duty after waiting in such long lines for concessions. She explained- because Sunday was their slowest day, all the staff for the day was already being utilized. She also explained that where she helps out-its in the back, to keep the movies running. She displayed a lack of empathy and professionalism- when speaking with a guest about quality service mentioning her payroll hours. Took my 2 boys & niece to enjoy movie- checked in at 4:40, got in line at 4:45, didn’t get back to my seat till 5:25pm. That is a complete lack of service, for guests that have chosen to spend additional money, on their movie experience. I called and spoke with the assistant manager again, requesting GM, I left my phone number. Spent over $75 to loose nearly 30min of showtime & no follow up!!!! Still have not heard back. Please assist with this poor experience!!!!
