Double booked tickets

We paid $30 each to on Fandango . When we were at the theatre our seats were taken. We complained to the staffs and they said not to book online. We drove 60 miles to see PS1 and wanted to make sure we have assigned seats. But, the staffs could not help us. So much for MIra Mesa Edwards

What's Up with Your Seat Selection App?

I attended the 3:55 showing of Cruella on Sunday May 30, 2021. The film was screened in the so-called RPX auditorium but that's a whole other topic. I bought my ticket on-line and I was assigned seat I-13, dead center in the theater which was great. Get there, sit down, and apparently everyone else present was assigned to the same row. What's up with that?? Other than one small family group who was sitting several rows beneath us, your booking system placed everyone else, albeit 2 seats apart, in the same row. The rest of the vast theater was completely empty. I suppose you're going to say well why didn't you just move back a few rows? I considered that but when you do something like that ultimately some late-comer is going to arrive and announce to you that you're in their seat. And regarding the other issue. Your "RPX" system needs to be looked at. The sound was very unimpressive. My low budget sound system on my home screen provided a much richer "surround sound" experience when I got home and watched a Friends re-run. Please understand this: I love the Regal Mira Mesa Theaters. I have nothing against you. But you better get your act together if you want to continue.

Great staff!

Nice new seats in the rear auditoriums. Mike, the ticket booth attendant, is the true definition of “customer service.” He gets to know the customer’s needs and mentions any freebies accumulated in their points. He is very attentive, specially with handicap clients.

Poor customer service

Customer service lacking from Jeremy. Not very cordial nor helpful. Edward's should have better training for their employees especially the managers. Let's not forget where their salaries come from. Cleanliness can also improve. I observe staff walk around to avoid stepping on trash.

Tuesday half price popcorn!

Sound is generally at a good level without having to resort to ear plugs as in some theaters.
