Nice and easy

I enjoyed my experience at this theater but the concessions prices are Fudging ridiculous! And I’d have to say kids working at the concessions stands need to be trained more properly or at least do their job right!
Not my favorite movie theater
October 10, 2019
I live close to this movie theater and another movie theater, and I often chose the other one to go to. My first impression of this movie theater is that it's very outdated and not that great looking. Plus it is not that clean. Compared to the other movie theater, the ticket prices here are way higher. The concession stands countertops are usually greasy and dirty and the prices are too high. The only movie that I have been too and have seen the theater full is when I went to see "The Fault in Our Stars". Lastly, there are not many options when it comes to showtimes. I want to see a certain movie and they have only 2 options for showtimes, both of them being in the middle of the day. The other movie theater I go to has twice as many options when it comes to showtimes for that movie. I rarely go to this theater for these reasons. I can get a better experience at a smaller price at a different theater. I only go to this one when I don't feel like traveling far.
Pathetic leadership

Dropped off my son and his friends to the movie, got them food at concession. 30 minutes later, I got a call from my son saying they kicked them out because an adult has to be with them. They should have said that from the get to. Manager rebates movie tickets but not food. Absolutely rediculus.
Good old style theater

Concession worker ate her lunch while I stood there
April 11, 2018
I went to see Black Panther at one of the early afternoon showings. I was pretty much the only person in the theatre. Decided to get a popcorn and water before heading in. When I got the the concession counter, I stood there for a minute but no one came over. I peaked around the counter and saw a lady eating lunch and waved and said hi is there someone who can help me? My movie is about to start. She kept on showing her sandwich and said "I'm not on the clock." So I just stood there like an idiot while she made no attempt to contact someone who actually could help me. I waited over 5 more minutes before a manager finally had to come help me get my concessions. 5 minutes may not sound like long, but when you're the only one in line it feels like a significant amount of time. Honestly, I was just upset at the complete lack of customer service or concern from this worker.

It's too expensive and you don't get your money's worth. I only come here when u have no choice otherwise I go to Foxboro which is as expensive but better in every other way.

Had $20 stolen by concession stand
July 12, 2017
My 2 little girls and I just got back from the 12:25PM showing of Despicable Me. After paying $32 for a Wednesday matinee for 1 adult and 2 kids... I went to the concession stand. As disagreeable as I find the absurd mark ups at these stands, I wanted my daughters to have a full and fun experience. I thought the kid was done ringing up my order when I saw $16 on the register, I took out $20 and slid across the counter towards him and turned to speak with my daughters, he then walked away and got the order. I.... WITHOUT ONE DOUBT IN MY MIND slid that money to him. He came back with food, and must have punched in a few more items and said "It's $25" so I said, "Oh Sorry, I thought it was only $16... here's another $5" He then said it's $25 and that he needed another $20. I told him I already put down a $20 right in front of him, I literally gave it to him. I told him I walked up with $65 dollars, reached in my pocket and sure enough only had $45...BECAUSE I GAVE HIM THE MONEY. I said, I know I gave it to you, there is no way I'm wrong. He just stared at me. I said, "What am I supposed to do here? If I walk away, I've paid $20 for nothing, but I'm being totally robbed if I'm forced to pay $45 for a $25 order of coke, popcorn, and two candy bars." He just said, "It's $25 dollars." At this point, I felt like was going to blow my top. I had 2 little girls watching, and did not want to ruin their outing because this guy was screwing us. I bit my lip, gave him ANOTHER $20, and simply told him he was cheating me and it was wrong. Bottom line, he had to see I was very sincere. I'm in my 40's and taking out two little kids to a movie... I'm not trying to scam free popcorn. The right thing would have been to believe me in this situation. If I wanted to be cheap I'd have just come with soda and some candy. I wanted them to have "the full experience." Boy did we get it.
