Just nasty!
August 10, 2024
Went to see a movie in #2 on the night of 8/9/24. Tickets were purchased ahead of time but we weren’t notified that the AC was not working in this unit. Had we been told, we would not have bought the tickets. We tried to bear the temperature but on top of how dirty the seats and floor were, we just couldn’t. I felt like something was crawling on me. The popcorn was dry (I’d asked for plenty of butter) and just plain nasty! This was a celebratory night but was quite the opposite of that. This used to be a place my husband and I loved to visit Pre pandemic. I can honestly say… I will NEVER visit this filthy location again.
Rats and trash everywhere

We where watching a movie but also saw one rat following another. When we were looking for our seat we couldn't seat there because of all the trash we wanted for someone to come and clean and nobody showed up and the movie started my kids and I were scare that the rats would come back and bite our feet!!
Employees seem to hate the job and people.

Managers just walk around not acknowledging anyone. Plus, the place is filthy and no one makes the high school crowd shut up. Drive any where else, big or small. Sound was about the only decent thing.

The theater is dirty with uncomfortable seats. You pay as much for a ticket as you do at theatres with stadium seats. The theaters are not being cleaned in between movies. The theater is empty because of this.
Poor Customer Service

A few days ago, I dropped off my daughter and a relative at the mall. The two purchased tickets to see a movie but were denied entry. Apparently the movie was "R" rated. While I do understand the rating/age policy, I cannot wrap my mind around the fact that the tickets were sold to begin with. Not only that, no refund or credit was afforded even when requested. My opinion... just short of steeling from children!!! My initial notion was to let it go. But, I could not. Wrong is just wrong. I had to say sometime!
