We drove for an hour and a half only to find out the theater is closed! NO information about this when we checked show times. Very frustrating.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN TOWN

From the moment we entered the building the manager was eyeing us down. He first demanded we needed masks then we needed to shake out our blanket and pillow. If we didn't comply he just said he wasn't selling us tickets and asked we left. The worst part was the tone and sarcasm, not necessarily the demands as petty as they were.
Not worthwhile from several experiences

We participated in a birthday party package. it seemed to be a great deal as it offered a tour, special poster for the birthday child, vip passes, tickets, popcorn and drinks included. We found out the price wasn’t the flat rate as offered online. The popcorn and drink “included” are so small! All of my kids ( toddler-teens) ate what was given before the movie even started (10 minutes) and we ended up having to purchase more spending much more money! The theater didn’t have the movie poster for the movie we reserved. The tour included as part of the package was a short walk to one room to see a computer. The manager explained when and how they push A button... so not worth it. Seats Definitely need updated. I felt like I needed a booster to see the screen over the patrons in front of me (I’m a full grown woman of average height) and they have no cushioning left in them. Prepare for a sore tailbone! With the high pricing, uncomfortable-short seats, being able to hear the movie playing in the next room and filthy restrooms we will not be returning. Be aware folks!
I agree with all but concession prices, and everytime I turn around they are raising them.

Also, they take a very long time to correct an error.
A Fun experience

It's an enjoyable place to watch movies. I like the rewards card and the points add up to pop, soda and even a free movie. I've never seen a "dramatic moment" as the staff are always professional. Yes, the food is expensive but that's the culture of movie theatres. Hungry? Then eat before the movie if you don't want to pay for the food, but remember that's how the theatres make their money. It's not the movies, especially if there are only five or ten patrons watching. And it certainly beats the alternative of having no movie theatre to attend.
Decent movie selection. Almost always less than 10 people in the same movie as me

Theater is clean, quality is pretty good. Concession prices are insane.
Not bad, not amazing, but not terrible.

My general experience at Pelican Cinema is pretty good. It's always clean, at least every time I've gone there. I've never had a problem with the customer service, the employees are always polite and understanding. I wouldn't really take the other review as fact. Considering it's Oregon, if a customer is rude to an employee, guaranteed the employee will be rude back, or vindictive. Generally the manager will agree with employee if they weren't the first person in the wrong. Although these are what I've witnessed. I'm getting side-tracked. The only complaint I have is that the concession stand is a tad too expensive.
SO DISAPPOINTED!!!

Absolutely horrible management. Snotty~Rude~Very Unprofessional and not a caring bone in this manager's body. I will NOT be back! I experienced three different individuals complain besides me and she couldn't have cared less! How she got her job? Beyond me..... She needs some manners taught to her and her staff!
