Three of my families members went to see Wicked on Dec 1 - 6:20 showing - including me. Plans were made several days before as we wanted to see before some of the family left town. When we got to our seats in screen 4 - seats B4, B5 and B6, - we found that B5 and B6 were not working. We went to the manager before the movie started and they recommended new seats - which would have been at the back of the theatre or a new showing , which would not work . We elected to return and watch the movie. After the show, we approached the manager again. He was not rude in anyway but insisted that because we had scene the movie , there could be no consideration given because of the malfunctioning seats. What was even more aggravating was that these seats were deemed broken before they were sold ( as per the conversation with the repair person). We enjoyed the movie, this is the place that we go to see movies. I just don't understand why a simple action like some coupons or discounts for concession or something could not have been given to us. It is a very small matter but could really have been addressed easily and quickly (....." just don't charge for the dessert".....). thanks
