Saw Jungle Cruise. The sound quality was good. The picture was off the screen and very blurry. The concession did not have any butter for the popcorn. A tub of popcorn with a drink was a total of $9.00, too much in my opinion for dry popcorn. The seats were extremely bowed, (head forward, butt forward and middle bowed backward). No low back support what-so-ever. Horribly painful before the movie was over. This was a Disney movie and I have never seen one with such dull dark colors as this one had. So disappointing.
Prices Way Too High

Now, granted we were the only 3 people in the theater, but the speakers were vibrating because the music was so loud. My 4-yr-old was covering their ears. We saw Raya and the Last Dragon and the picture quality was great. The prices for food were outrageous; A refillable bucket & 2 large refillable drinks were advertised at $13.50. Not bad, but the first time you buy it, you only get 1 Large drink with the bucket and it costs $20 (+tax) [so a $6.50 upcharge for 1 less drink and a reusable bucket, Awesome...NOT.] Matinee pricing was $7.00/each flat rate for 3 people. No veteran pricing, no child pricing for my 4-yr-old. I am a big dude, 6'9", 450#, and those chairs are not that comfortable for a large man. I had to have both armrests up. Luckily we had our pick of any seat in the theater.
Won’t be back...

See a movie there almost every week with my entire family, but won’t anymore. Wife gave me a night out and I went to see the Pet Cemetery remake on 11 April 19. Was the only one in the theater until a couple came in and sat 2 rows behind me. They were loud, belligerent, and talked throughout the entire movie until I turned around halfway through the movie and politely asked them to be quiet. I was told to turn the “F” around. Was called a racist and that I was just jealous that nobody wanted to watch a movie with me. I got the movie staff and they basically told the movie staff off and said the same to them too. The manager never came out to handle the issue as I had requested and the staff, while very polite and professional with me, basically just gave me a free movie pass, said sorry, and said nothing they could do? I appreciate the pass, but I don’t get to get out on my own very often, especially to see a movie that isn’t a kids movie, and wanted to finish the movie in peace and quiet. Why am I the one that basically had to leave. They should have been removed or had the authorities called on them. So much for an enjoyable night out at the movies. The staff can’t handle a disturbance, I don’t feel safe taking my kids there anymore. I’m no racist and it wasn’t a race issue. My wife is a minority, didn’t even know what race they were, didn’t care, just wanted to enjoy the movie. I definitely won’t be back, even to use the free pass.
Terrible customer service

Had over half the theater roped off for a birthday party. Prime rows. They sad we could fill in the seats not taken after all the party got there. Wasn’t told when we bought our ticket that seats were limited. Then not all the seats were taken. Don’t rope off seats that aren’t already paid for. Won’t go back.
Neglect to maintain showtimes on Internet
December 19, 2016
This is the only theater in our area that seems to consistently fail to update the show times on the Internet site, which means you can only buy tickets 1 or 2 days out. Today is 12/19 and they only have show times and tickets for today and tomorrow 12/20, while every other theater has tickets available for up to a week in advance. Actually stopped by the theater yesterday to buy tickets but the ticket office wasn't open yet. A lady working inside the lobby gave me a flier but she was clueless about the dates available for purchase on the Internet and assured me I was wrong even after I explained I had just gotten off the Internet. Wouldn't listen and it just wasn't possible that she could be wrong and in no way could I the customer possibly be right. This gal needs to find a profession that doesn't interact with the public. Although this theater is closest, we've decided to make our movie events in another city where we can plan better for it and also enjoy a different restaurant for a change because the old cronies running Crestview have stifled a lot of business growth or we'd have a better selection here.
