Theater Reviews

Our favorite.

We take a group of 10 school agers regularly. Staff is kind and patient with us, going above and beyond. Our kids are safe at this location and we feel confident as teachers taking them.

One of the worst experiences!

December 21, 2021

Staffing is not managed properly or efficiently. Stood in line for almost 20 minutes while one ticket agent answered questions for a customer. Never called for help until the line was backed up to the doors! Another employee came and said he would assist on-line ticket holders. By that time the movie had already started and we weren’t waiting any longer. Poor management and incompetent staff! Will find another theater for movies.

Don't buy the popcorn

December 27, 2020

My son and his girlfriend recently attended the MJR at Partridge Creek and did not have a pleasant experience. They bought popcorn and were approached by a manager that confiscated their popcorn and told them they can pick it up after the movie. He was not pleasant and treated them as if they were doing something criminal. The only signs that they saw advertising this policy were on the exit doors when they walked out of the theatre. These are both straight A students in high school. If this is your policy, it should be abundantly clear. This policy should be reviewed with the customer prior to spending $10 on a bag of popcorn. If anything, they should have been offered their money back and should have been offered an apology that they were ripped off! If this is your policy, how exactly does two individuals even get into the theater with a bag of popcorn? This is poor business and you need to make sure that this doesn't happen to another customer.
