This is a really nice theater. You will love their reclining chairs. Pick a good movie and you are there!

Went today, July 14th and management chose not to run AC for our theater only. They only get a minus if I could give one.

Witnessing OUTRAGEOUS actions from staff...

I was witness to the last post, (I'm glad you posted this.) This guy was being cooperative and was going to throw the drink away he had, when the lady starts screaming at him. He was walking to the trash can to do what she demanded, but she was not going to let him out it in that trash can before she caused a scene. The man is quiet and was talking to the lady, she was being so sarcastic and rude it was not even funny. I felt bad for the guy, then this teenager kid chimed in and acted like a fool. The guy out the drink in the counter where the screaming staff member was. He went on to the movie, he has a large popcorn and another drink... I don't know what the big deal was. The people here are jerks and rude as crap!!!! I will not come here ever again!

Manager yells at customer...

Governors Crossing 14 theaters, just came to see a movie. I was assaulted by a snotted attitude middle aged lady, who said she was the Manager. They do not sell sweet tea here, so I had stopped and got a Togo one from TX Roadhouse, and came in, asked about the tickets we purchased online and was given nice instructions by a nice young man. This Snotty Attitude lady, had to jump in and interrupt the conversation and proceeded to hastily and so rudely tell me to be sure to finish my drink before I left the lobby. She never stated before or after the movie... We purchased $ 12 worth of a coke and popcorn, I turned and started towards the assigned theater and with our any care, this rude lady yells, "Sir, you are going to have to finish that before leaving the lobby." I was less than 5 feet from the trash can, but because she was so stinking loud and rude, I paused... Thought about how to handle it... So calmly I turned and walked up to the counter and stated that they did not sell Sweet Tea, and that she was more than welcome to check it... She again, with an overabundance if snotty Attitude, repeated what she said before. I asked, it's just sweet tea... Was it not ok because I don't drink soda... Yelling again, she just wouldn't stop being loud and rude... (Over tea). Then this young punk stepped in and was trying to show off for his girlfriend and acted like security but then acted like he wanted to fight... The "Manager" said nothing about this confrontation, he was just as loud as she was... But she said nothing... I turned and just set the cup, (of my Illegal substance, TEA) ... These people are not caring about the customers, just wanting to make a scene. There were 6 other people standing right there aww struck about what was happening. They were laughing because it was just tea... They said how ridiculous she was being and the punk... I will not be back... Stay away if you want good service... Or don't want to be attacked b

We come here often. Love tje reclining seats. Always been clean when we come. Service is good. Kids love that they get to add butter to their popcorn. LOVE the summer 10am movies.

Best seats, wonderful screens, great sound.

Purchased tickets easily.. they have you choose seats so it’s obvious assigned seating. People move around when it’s not busy sure.. but when it starts to fill up you have to sit in assigned seat.

Absolutely terrible customer service

*** Avoid this disaster *** The customer service at this theater is non-existant! I took my whole family to view Incredible 2 at this theater. What a mistake. With all the other choices availavle, I should have gone elsewhere. I made a soda purchase, but they were out of my choice. I told the General Manager and asked for a refund. He proceeded to argue with me and told me to make another choice. It was not the refund - it was the principal. The manager going to argue with a customer over the cost of a soda? I had purchased 7 tickets and we had other concessions, but this guy thought he needed to hold onto his 4 bucks. Terrible way to treat a customer. I will not go back. The place was also filthy and unorganized. I think Mr smith the owner should evaluate the job his "manager" is doing.
