Bad customer service unclean environment

Convinced this location is racist because WHY did we get our food we ordered 2hrs after ordering and cold. Meanwhile this large family of people without melanin got their food almost immediately. NOT to mention the whole building was NASTY! For the sake of our children we grinned and bared but understand come Monday I will be calling the hire ups if no one calls me back! This used to be my favorite spot and after yesterday I’m never coming back!

Racist and Rude Staff

September 28, 2022

Racist and Rude staff took 10 minutes to complete a 1 minute movie ticket transaction and continued their racism and rudeness toward me as I was exiting the theater. One white male and one white female racism and rudeness made a fairly nice theater feel downright filthy🚮🍿

Best theater in the Mpls area, hands down.

June 04, 2019

After the recent-ish remodel (late 2017?) became and now continues to be the best all-around movie theater in the Twin Cities west metro (though I haven't been to the new MoA digs yet). Great food options, real butter for the popcorn, and the best reclining seats anywhere -- in all theaters, and not just in the premium screening rooms. And, since it's tucked away a bit off the beaten path, still a relative secret; sold out shows are typically your major blockbusters on opening weekend, so purchase tickets in advance for those as one should anywhere. The loyalty rewards program is unparalleled for frequent moviegoers; I regularly collect enough points for free popcorn, soda, and tickets while modestly attending a show once a month or so. Tuesday specials ($5 tickets and a free small popcorn) are better here than other places nearby, too, with the gluttonous option to upsize to a medium with unlimited refills for only a dollar. The chain also participates in events, like film festivals, throwback film screenings, etc., as well as hosting an Oscar party annually. What it lacks in any particular glitz and cutting-edge tech in a single, isolated area, it more than makes up for in being well above average throughout.
