Awesome Customer service along with a very clean and organized place
Coldest theatre I have ever been in
December 08, 2021
Literally saw someone come in with a blanket. If I had only known it would be as cold as it was. Could niot enjoy movie because it felt like the AC was on when it was about 32 degrees outside. Had to ware a face mask to keep nose warm. Left theatre and got hot cocoa because we felt like we had just been on a sleigh ride.

Nothing wrong with this place.
Horrible Experience
January 25, 2020
This theater is horrible!!! Avoid completely. Refused to allow a 20 year old college student into see "Like a Boss" because her Edinboro ID did not have a birth date. Way to embarrass a young lady, with a group of friends all of whom are students and 21. I understand policies, but really common sense says that a college student is 17 or older.
They gone to all Reserved Seating - but where are the Luxury Recliners?
November 26, 2019
This theatre has two rows of the Gimmicky DBOX seats that don't recline much. Though it is nice to have my own arm rests, I would much prefer Luxury Recliners to DBOX Seats. A little bit of shaking DOES NOT add to the movie experience. Please, Tinseltown upgrade to Luxury Recliners like other chains have done.
Won't Show all Listings in Advance
November 26, 2019
Need to make plans for seeing a movie on Thanksgiving Day? Good luck. Just two days before on a Tuesday, they only list 4 movies out of 15+. I need to make plans around shopping and dinner. Poor customer consideration! Surely they must know what movies will play just two days from now.!!
Kicked Through Movie, Not Helped.
May 04, 2019
I was kicked through an hour of the movie. Management seemed concerned but left the rest of my party in front of kicking unsupervised teenagers as i waited in the lobby through the rest of the movie.
Amazing prices

Tickets are now only 3.99 and 5.99. D box seats are amazing. Can't beat the ticket prices. Concession is pricey but that's how they make their money. Friendly staff and overall very clean.
A coasting monopoly
March 04, 2017
Being the only theater, they don't try like they should. Went to an opening movie on a Friday afternoon, theater wasn't cleaned and open for seating until 10 minutes before showtime. A couple faulty or unusable games in their small arcade, a giant eyesore of an ATV sitting in their lobby as a sweepstakes advertisement. While not a terrible theater, it feels like a cold corporate shill of an entertainment center.
