Did love it but seating accommodations are horrible...
July 28, 2019
Loved the new seats and the service etc. but the last two times my husband and I went to the movies at McCandless we were very offended by the seats we were given. Something is wrong. We are both in our late 70's. Yesterday, July 27, we went to the 9:15 AM showing of Once upon a time in HOllywood. We were told all seats were taken except two in the very top back row. ok- we made it up there in the dark! Very squished accommodations as every seat in that row was taken BUT there were at least 75 (did not take time to count.) in the theatre that were empty. I inquired about this with two staff as we left the theatre. Both said seats were purchased ahead of time online am they were no shows! No way- MAYBE 15 might not come but never the no. we saw. Something is wrong with the computer system for seating or management is doing this to facilitate cleaning afterwards... The first time this same thing happened my husband and I had to seat in same row about 8 seats apart... If this procedure continues we will not return to McCandless. something is not right!!! Was not like this before- please correct for I am sure we will not be the only ones complaining. One staff member said that if we notice empty seats once the movie starts to just move down....... IMPOSSIBLE for so many seats to be purchased and x'ed out for a Sat.morning 9:15 showing. Please advise- very disappointiing! Jean and Don
Expensive

There are different sized viewings for each movie, (as in the theaters themselves), high-priced concessions, and loud sound.
